Shutter of my camera’s recollection, what is it you fancy me to notice here now? What accidental or intentional defining, onion-revealing? I will improvise on all this impossible behavior and geometry. I fear they are short-lived in this fleet light of my prying. What meaning of them and this moment is to be revealed? And what might I reveal about me? Yes, Henri, “sharpness is a bourgeois concept.” Yet my lens is sharper than my wit. So chance and accident, please lend a hand in this physical and visual place somewhere in this stream of time. Isn’t it born of so many unspoken feelings and a milieu of conditions and presuppositions? Standing now at these crossroads of physical and psychological space, my camera and I rely on uncompleted skill and whatsoever muses? Now, viewer, these photographs remain an incomplete utterance without you who see them with new eyes. What now do these photographs say of you?

Corruption of a Broken Soul

"Corruption of a Broken Soul" is the working title of a Short moivie directed by Tad Noble and filmed by him and Steven Heumann. Heumann is a producer and a host for "At Your Leisure," seen weekly on ABC 4 Television. Noble came up with the story idea and Heumann wrote the script. The film is now in post production. I shot these unit photography scenes during a recent shoot in Skull Valley.

So our grandchildren were about to go back to school and Sonia and I thought it would be fun to take them on a three-day holiday before they had to return to their studies.
We caught the eastbound Amtrak California Zephyr in Provo and got off and stayed at the Ramada Inn in the resort town of Glenwood Springs Colorado. We river raft, soak at the hot sprintgs resort and toured a cave.
